Shipping policy
US shipping
Standard shipping for orders inside the contiguous U.S. will take 5-10 business days.
International shipping
International orders will usually take 3-5 weeks to arrive depending on the destination and customs processing. The shipping price does NOT include any customs, taxes, or duties. Countries that we ship to are limited.
Damages and defects
Contact ryan@putnam.studio if your order comes damaged or defective. We will do our best to replace the items or refund the order.

Washing
All ceramics are dishwasher safe but it’s suggested to hand wash as not to damage in a dishwasher.
Microwave
Ceramics are microwave safe but eventually the vessel will weaken so it is advised to use the microwave sparingly.
Food Safe
Tableware ceramics are food safe. Most platers and vases are too but some will be marked if not.
